Shipping policy

All limited print orders include free shipping within Australia, for international orders please send me an email - burruguuart@gmail.com.
Free shipping is also provided for Original Artworks, within Australia. All of our framed original artworks will be sent via private courier (usually Pack and Send) and will be posted once we have received your payment. For international purchases please contact. 
Commission pieces will incur a postage fee if pick up is not possible, this will depend on whether the artwork is framed and how it is framed. 
Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping within Australia and up to 5 for international mail. We will do our best for a quicker postage, especially when posting within Australia. We are a small family run business, so be mindful we are doing the best we can to get your artwork to you. 

We also offer pickup/local delivery for the Central Coast and Peats Ridge Area, NSW, we are located on Darkinjung country Mangrove Mountain. Occasionally pick up/local delivery is also available in the Orange/Bathurst area as we are often back in this area of Wiradjuri land. This is ONLY for original custom artworks not prints. If you think this option may be possible please contact prior to ordering via email, Instagram or Facebook.. 

If you would like your order express posted or pickup/local delivery please contact us before you make your order.

All of our prints are printed to order and are posted via regular parcel post. 

Please also note for all orders Burruguu Art cannot be held accountable for any lost or damaged artworks/products. They are all insured with the shipping costs, but that it is the responsibility of the individual client with unique tracking number to follow up any issues with the parcel. Thank you.
