This piece shares the name with my first solo-exhibition, 'Unearthed'. It illustrates the concept of how small actions and ideas can be turned into so much more. The centre circle of intricate dots show the potential that is within all of us. This circle extends and is surrounded a community of family and friends which are so important in supporting an individual on their journey in life. The rays coming from the centre show the potential and pathways that lead to finding happiness and success, in whatever form that may be for the individual. The colours used represent a deep respect and appreciation for the land.
This artwork is acrylic on canvas and is an original, authentic piece signed by Sandon Gibbs-O'Neill. Prints will not be made of this artwork. It is 59cm x 40cm.
